Sheesh, it seems like everyone who worked on the Ellen Show has something to say.

Even former resident DJ Tony Okungbowa, who worked on the show for several years, has recently come forward to add to the long list of allegations, claiming he also experienced “toxicity” while working on the talk show set.

In an Instagram post shared on Tuesday, Okungbowa took the stance with former co-workers who have slammed the show’s workplace atmosphere, alleging racism, intimidation, sexual misconduct, and harassment from executives.

“I have been getting calls asking me about the ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show,’ and I would like to address the time I spent there. I was on-air talent from 2003-2006 and from 2007-2013. While I am grateful for the opportunity it afforded me, I did experience and feel the toxicity of the environment, and I stand with my former colleagues in their quest to create a healthier and more inclusive workplace as the show moves forward,” he wrote.

Also known as DJ Tony, Okungbowa first appeared on set in 2003, lasting for more than 1,600 episodes. He departed in 2013 and was replaced by Stephen “tWitch” Boss. Okhngbowa has since pursued his acting career and landed a recurring role on “Bob Hearts Abhishola” on CBS, Variety reports.

Since the allegations, DeGeneres has also apologized to her staff in an open letter, saying she was “disappointed to learn” that the show was not the “place of happiness” it set out to be.

In the meantime, many of Ellen’s famous friends have spoken out in her defense, including Kevin Hart and Tyrese.
