Omarion’s company Omarion Worldwide is suing Zeus Network and its founder Lemuel Plummer for $200,000 over breach of contract, fraud, and several other allegations.

Launched in 2018, Zeus is a relatively new subscription-based video streaming service known for the debut of Blac Chyna’s reality show “The Real Black Chyna” and reality star Joseline Hernadez’s latest show “Joseline’s Cabaret: Miami.”

According to The Blast, Omarion’s company and the network collaborated in February to release “The Millennium Tour Live Concert Featuring B2k.”

Although things started off on the right path, things did not work out with the new partnership.

According to the R & B singer’s lawsuit, Zeus failed to obey the terms of the agreement, swindling Omarion out of money.

In addition to providing financial support for the new project, Zeus was supposed to “share all subscriber data, and pay Plaintiff a set amount of every monthly subscription fee earned by Zeus for subscribers drawn to Zeus primarily by Plaintiff and/or the Content (a Monthly Revenue Share).”

” The Defendants almost immediately began engaging in conduct which breached the Agreement and showed that the Defendants had never intended to honor the Agreement,” Omarion stated in the suit. “During negotiations, the Defendants made the below statements to Plaintiff for the express purpose of inducing Plaintiff to sign the agreement. All of these statements were fraudulent, and the Defendants never had any intention of honoring them as evidenced by their immediate breach and refusal to follow the Agreements terms after Zeus received the Content it desired.”

The suit accused the streaming service of “depriving” Omarion of his compensation by altering subscriber reports. Omarion added that he had to promote the project independently because the company failed to fund the promotions.
