For the first time ever, the diaries of Nicole Brown Simpson will be made public in a new documentary.
According to Page Six, “O.J. & Nicole: An American Tragedy” will be a two-hour special documentary that will cover the investigation of the infamous murder.
The documentary will be aired on the 25th anniversary of Simpson’s acquittal.
Brown Simpson’s sister, Tanya will read the diary entries of personal notes, which include explicit accounts of domestic violence.
CNN reporter Marc Watts, who makes an appearance in the documentary, says there are over 60 incidents of beating in her diaries which were not admissible in O.J.’s subsequent trial.
Family friend Ron Shipp, along with police officers, and lawyers who were part of the investigation will also make an appearance on the October 5 premiere.
“This documentary is not here to retell the famous trial, but to remember the woman who struggled with domestic violence and now tells her side of the story, in her words, for the first time,” ID honcho Henry Scleiff said.
As for O.J., he’s been actively commenting on NFL games via Twitter this month.
