NFL Free Agent Miles Austin may be finding a new home with the Eagles after visiting with the team last week. The 30 year old wide receiver spent 8 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys before being released in 2013. He then played for the Cleveland Browns in 2014. Austin has not played all 16 games in a season since 2010.
Assuming all goes well for Austin during his physical, the Philadelphia Eagles are likely to sign him this week — according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport. The Eagles are definitely in need of wideouts so it’s no shocker they’d be looking at free agents.
