‘Full House’ Star Lori Loughlin Reportedly A ‘Wreck’ Behind Bars

Former Full House star Lori Loughlin just began serving out her sentence in a California federal prison, and she is having a hard time inside.

The actress, 56, surrendered on October 30 for her role in the nationwide college admissions scandal. She is currently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institute in Dublin. She is hoping to be out in time for Christmas.

“Lori really went into prison strong, she had her faith and the support of her family, but the first few days and road ahead are daunting,” a source told US Weekly.

A second source told the publication that Loughlin is a “wreck” behind bars.

According to the source, “Lori tried her best to be brave and look at the end result, but there was nothing that could dissipate her fears.”

“It’s only two months, but she’s dreading it. Her mind keeps telling her that something will go horribly wrong in prison or that her stay could be prolonged,” they added.

Loughlin and her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, 57, pleaded guilty in May to paying a $500,000 bribe to help their daughters get into the University of Southern California. Loughlin was sentenced to two months, and Giannulli received a five-month sentence.
