Earlier today Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 Presidential election by multiple sources and he released a statement shortly after the news broke.
“I am honored and humbled by the trust the American people have placed in me and in Vice President-elect Harris,” he wrote in his statement.
Biden continued, “In the face of unprecedented obstacles, a record number of Americans voted. Proving once again, that democracy beats deep in the heart of America.”

The former Vice President made history today, becoming the 46th President, in a campaign built and lead on unity for this country. Before he signed off as “President- elect Joe Biden” he wrote, “We are the United States of America. And there’s nothing we can’t do, if we do it together.”
