A Florida judge has sentenced Marlin to death for the December 28, 2017 shooting deaths of a mother and her young daughter in West Palm Beach, following a jury’s recommendation.
Marlin was found guilty of killing Kaladaa and her 11 year old daughter, Kyra. Prosecutors said he was upset about a situation involving his own daughter and Kyra.
According to the Palm Beach Post, Circuit Judge Cheryl Caracuzzo told him after the sentence was handed down that he had “forfeited your right to live at all” under Florida law.
