Ricky Schroder Kenosha Shooter on bail

According to a report, actor Ricky Schroder and My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell both helped get Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse out of jail on a $2 million bond Friday.

Schroder made a “significant contribution,” according to Rittenhouse’s attorney, Lin Wood. TMZ reports that the child actor donated $150,000 towards the $2 million fund to bail the Kenosha shooter.

Wood took to his Twitter Friday night to thank all those who contributed to his client being freed. “Thank you, All Donors. Thank you, All Patriots. Thank God Almighty.”

In addition to Schroder donating, My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell also donated, according to a tweet posted by the attorney. Wood thanked Lindell for “putting us over the top.” TMZ reports that he donated $50,000.

17-year-old Rittenhouse, from Antioch, Illinois, was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and other charges connected with the shooting deaths of 36-year-old Joseph Rosenblum and 26-year-old Anthony Huber on August 25 in Wisconsin.

The teen claims that he acted out of self-defense in shooting the unarmed men with his AR-15-style rifle that he purchased with his stimulus check.
