People are getting jammed up left and right. Authorities in Harlem just indicted 14 men for their part in a massive drug ring.

Prosecutors allege that the group of drug dealers, some going by the names of “Big Man,” “Sherm,” “Pooch,” and “Musada,” took part in a yearlong drug trafficking ring which involved the sale of heroin, crack cocaine, and guns being pushed through the streets of Harlem. According to the Daily News, since last November of last year, the men doled out over 280 grams of crack cocaine on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd near 120th and 123rd streets.

So far, nine of the men indicted have been arrested. Five others are still wanted.

Cameron “Cam” Francis picked up an additional charge for robbing someone who was trying to buy drugs and a gun from him early last month.

“Homeland Security Investigations and NYPD dismantled a criminal organization that allegedly trafficked and distributed heroin and cocaine while terrorizing our streets with violence and no regard for the welfare of our community,” HSI Special Agent in Charge Peter Fitzhugh said Thursday.

“Eradicating this ruthless syndicate will provide some relief to our neighborhoods and is a step forward in an effort to safeguard our homeland.”

Dermot Shea is the commissioner over the NYPD and praises the arrests, “This is what precision policing looks like,” he wrote on Twitter.

The men face a minimum of 10 years in prison if found guilty. If Francis is convicted of the additional charge stemming from the robbery, he can get an additional 20 years.

The men have been identified as Cameron Francis and co-defendants Kenneth “Big Man” Spearman, Sheldon “Sal” Clark, Eric Grant, Sirron “Shem” Stafford, Isaiah “Pooch” Ledgister, Tristan Oliver, Joseph Campbell, Eric Gaston, Harvey “Fresh” Foster, Maurice Womack, Reginald “Dread” Claxton, Lavelle Maitland and Ray “Mustafa” Boyd.

The hard work & dedication of NYPD Narcotics detectives & our federal partners has culminated with the indictment of 14 people in an organized drug-trafficking ring, & the seizure of cocaine & guns.
