Swae Lee recently revealed that he lost his music hard drive at Los Angeles International Airport.
“I got 20K for anyone who found my hard drive @LAX T2 delta airlines this morning. All my songs are on there.”He said.
The rapper is now being extorted for $150,000 by a masked assailant. An Instagram page named @swaeleeharddrive joined Swae Lee’s live stream. The criminal flaunted the rapper’s missing belongings, including the hard drive, a watch, money, and a face mask.
The Anonymous thief continued to harras him after. A preview of his unreleased song was posted on the page. Adding,
“I’m actually a huge fan. This is really a wild dream come true. I’ll give the hard drive back if I could get a picture or a feature with @champagnepapi & @swaelee together. And stop reporting me you idiots. If they ban me he won’t have a way to get his hard drive back. Look how many fake pages of me were made… But I’m here for the clout?” He said.
According to a GQ interview, the drive is on the way back:
“It’s on its way back,” Lee said of his hard drive. “It’s like a movie, bro… But I’m not really stressing. I’ve dealt with worse shit than this.”
