In newly obtained court documents, Nicole details numerous accounts of the alleged abuse she faced at the hands of Dr. Dre.
Dr. Dre and his wife, Nicole Young, are in the process of a very heated divorce. The couple has been together for 24 years. According to court documents, Nicole has faced several instances of abuse from Dr.Dre.
The new court documents were obtained by Daily Mail. A few days after, Dre suffered a brain aneurysm.
The divorce documents mention multiple physical altercations between the couple. According to Nicole, Dre has held a gun to her head and assaulted her.
“Andre held a gun to my head on two occasions, on January 8, 2000, and November 20, 2001. Andre has punched me in the head/face on two occasions, in 1999 and on January 8, 2000,” she said.
Nicole went on to make more allegations against her husband. She also admitted that she never called the police during any of the altercations.
“Andre kicked down the door to a bedroom in which I was hiding from his rage in 2016. Andre has verbally and emotionally decimated my personhood to the extent that I currently suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome. My fear of Andre outweighed any confidence I had that the police could help me.” She said.
Dr.Dre already denied previous allegations of abuse. According to Nicole, he is a blatant liar.
“I have explained in excruciating and painful detail the abuse that Andre has perpetrated against me over our more than 25 year-relationship,” she said.
