Bob Evans is recalling 4,200 pounds of raw Italian sausage after customers complained about finding blue rubber in their sausage.
The contaminated sausage was produced on December 17. The lot code for the products is 0352, the ‘use by’ date is January 31, 2021, and the establishment number is 6785. The Italian sausage was shipped to Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Pennslyvania, and Wisconsin.
The United States Department of Agriculture urges consumers to return the products to the place of purchase or throw them away.
