TMZ reported on February 18, 2015 that Houston Texans running back Arian Foster and a woman named Brittany have settled their child custody and child support case before it went to trial.
According to the report, Brittany filed court documents in 2014 saying that Foster pressured her to end her pregnancy. She gave birth to a baby boy in the summer of 2014. Foster said at the time that she was making untrue public claims about him in order to get money from him.
A judge placed a gag order on both sides, so the terms of the settlement are not public. Attorneys for both parties declined to comment because of that order. A court hearing that had been scheduled in Houston for the following week was canceled.
Neither side has shared details of the agreement. We will let you know if anything more is made public.
