From being exposed by Iggy Azalea to the release of his latest album, Whole Lotta Red, Playboi Carti has consistently been in the headline the past few months. This weekend, the rapper makes news after a video surfaced of him arguing with a man who also outwardly threatens his life.
In the clip, posted by DJ Akademiks, Carti is seen walking in an underground garage when a man aggressively approaches him. The man, who is filming the altercation, is teasing Carti. Saying he can beat him up and that he is not scared of the rapper, despite any weapons he may have.
In the video, you see Carti with one hand behind his back the entire time. The video takes a turn when the man shouts to Carti “never to put his hands on his sister ever again.”
Carti denies these allegations; however, inevitably, the arguing picks up. Eventually, the camera stops rolling and what happened next is unknown.
According to Hot New Hip Hop, the man had been following Carti for a while.
