NBC is not bringing back ‘World of Dance’ for a fifth season. The nonscripted competition series was executive produced by Jennifer Lopez. Group and solo dancers from all over the world competed for a $1 million cash prize.
The ratings for the show during its last season were terribly low, according to the Daily Mail. The show was hosted by Ne-Yo, Derek Hough, and Lopez.
In 2019, Lopez was sued by Alvin Gray-El. Gray-El claims he pitched the show to Debbie Allen in 2009.
