Bobby Brown is opening up about the death of his son, Bobby Brown Jr., on Red Table Talk.
In an exclusive clip obtained by ET Online, Brown is opening up about the tragic death of his son, who died last November due to drug and alcohol toxicity, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The report of his death stated there were “combined effects of alcohol, cocaine and fentanyl.” In addition, witnesses told police Brown Jr. “snorted” a Percocet and cocaine after taking shots of Tequila with friends. The 28-year-old’s death was ruled “accidental” and police determined no foul play took place, ET Online reports.
“Kids today, they’re trying different things,” Brown told the ladies of Red Table Talk. “They’re trying to get as high as they can possibly get. That’s a real problem because they don’t know what these drugs are being mixed with these days.”
Willow, one of the Facebook series hosts, shared that she feels her generation is “kind of spiraling.” Brown replied, saying, “there are murderers out there,” creating synthetic drugs. “It’s like they’re committing murder,” he says. “That’s homicide.”
The full episode with Brown airs Wednesday, April 14 at 9 a.m. (PST).
