A few days ago Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports agency signed boxer Andre Ward and shortly after, hosted their celeb studded Roc Nation Throne Boxing event at Madison Square Garden. Not too impressed was The Money Team’s Adrien Broner, who took to social media to tell the world that he turned down a $40 Million deal with the Roc Nation Sports CEO.
According to Broner, Jay Z offered him $40 million for 5 years. He even posted the contract offer on Facebook. Broner says he declined because he’s about his “billions” and even sent a video to TMZ saying that Jay Z and Rihanna can suck his d*ck.
Now Mayweather’s protege is singing a different tune, admitting he was wrong and offering an apology. “I’m a man at the end of the day,” Broner says “I’m wrong and i can admit when I’m wrong.” He continued, “You never invite another man to another man’s private part. That’s just ridiculous.”
I’m sure Floyd had a little talk with him and told him how dumb of an idea that was. Broner pulls the worst stunts. One day he’s gonna wish he had that $40 million.
