Another wild story coming out of Florida: a man used his prosthetic leg to try to smuggle drugs into prison.
Keith Adams, 37, is accused of smuggling a gram of fentanyl and several Xanax tablets into a Pinellas County jail on Saturday.
After being arrested earlier in the night near Largo, Adams was taken to jail for reportedly possessing cocaine and resisting arrest.
Police asked him if something was hidden in his prosthetic leg before transporting him, but he said no.
According to the investigation, the narcotics Adams allegedly hid resulted in two additional charges.
