Allegedly Birdman isn’t paying anybody, not even the payments on his Miami condo, at least according to Ivy Condo Association. The condo association says that Birdman has made it a habit of bouncing checks and racking up over $12.5K in unpaid fees. Last November they had enough and filed a lien, asking the court to foreclose.
There’s already another $1.9 million federal tax lien against the Cash Money mogul, as well as he took out a $5M loan against his mansion in April to upgrade it and still owes the construction company $1M. With Lil Wayne refusing to shuck & jive for Birdman, he’s really going to have to put Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug on overtime to get this money going.
