Da Baby was reportedly amongst those detained for questioning following a shooting that took place in Miami Beach late Monday night.
According to police, shots rang out just before midnight near Ocean Drive and First Street, close to popular restaurant Prime 112.
Miami Beach Police said one victim was shot in the shoulder and the other victim was shot in the leg. Both victims were rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.
Spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez confirmed that one of the victims has been treated and released from the hospital. The second victim remains hospitalized in critical condition.
The shooting remains under investigation.
