The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced the birth of their second child, daughter they named Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana.
According to the statement released, the couple welcomed their first daughter at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, California.
Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was born on June 4th, weighing 7 lbs 11 oz, a statement read adding, “Both mother and child are healthy and well, and settling in at home.”
Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet. Her middle name comes after Prince Harry’s late mother, Diana, The Princess of Wales.
