According to a new report, a judge has granted Kim Kardashian a temporary restraining order against a guy accused of attempting to directly mail her a ring and Plan B.
TMZ reported that Kim has secured legal protection against the man who was previously said to have harassed her online and turned up at her home. Kim’s legal team has filed documents against Nicholas Costanza, the guy accused of sending the package, which was intercepted by security before reaching her. In the report, the ring was characterized as a diamond “engagement ring.”
Costanza allegedly showed up at her home in February and May, according to the documents, which were referenced in Wednesday night’s report. He allegedly told security he was at the home to take Kim to dinner on one occasion. Costanza is also accused of claiming to be her “knight in shining armor” and uploading a forged marriage certificate on social media.
According to the temporary restraining order, Costanza must now stay at least 100 yards away from Kim. He’s also not allowed to make any further contact.
