A spokesman for Bill Cosby revealed in a recent appearance on The Domenick Nati Show that the comedian plans to seek compensation from the state of Pennsylvania for his incarceration.

According to Andrew Wyatt, freedom is not enough for Cosby. The 83-year-old and his team are mulling over filing a lawsuit for “wrongful imprisonment.”

“We are looking at all legal angles for those things right now,” he said on the show. “We are looking at what legal recourse we can take against the state of Pennsylvania.”

Cosby was released last month when the state’s Supreme Court overturned his conviction. The court concluded that Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele should never have prosecuted Cosby in the first place. In a previous civil trial, Cosby had admitted to drugging women he intended to sleep with under a non-prosecution agreement with a prior district attorney.

Now, Cosby is looking to ask the state for “a couple hundred grand,” according to Wyatt. The possible lawsuit comes as Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf is trying to include up to $50,000 for every year someone is wrongfully incarcerated into the state’s upcoming budget. It would also apply to those exonerated after a crime, acquitted after a new trial, or had their conviction overturned. That means Cosby’s two years behind bars could potentially net him a possible six-figure payout.

Wyatt also accused attorney Gloria Allred and her daughter Lisa Bloom of being racist during the interview. He also revealed that Cosby is also working on a book and looking to put together a comedy tour.
