On Friday, infamous Instagram personality Justin Laboy tweeted that Kanye West and Jay-Z will make history again when they reunite for Watch the Throne 2.
‘Watch The Throne 2’ would be released before the end of 2021, saying the record would “make history AGAIN,” he tweeted.
The claim comes a few before the tenth anniversary of Ye and Jigga’s epic, ‘Watch the Throne.’ Laboy is a friend of West and may have the inside scoop on this.
He also said that the follow-up album might arrive sooner than we expected, NME reported.
The two rappers released the epic album ‘Watch the Throne’ on August 8, 2011.
Laboy isn’t the first person to predict a sequel album from the duo. A while back, Jay-Z said that a follow-up album might hit the stands in 2012. But that didn’t happen.
West and Jay did have a following out. Jay said the possibility of a second collaboration had been quashed and blamed it on “political s***” with Tidal.
Luckily, the two made up. In 2018, West teased that a second album was coming soon.”
There’s been a recent collab with Jay on Ye’s “DONDA” album. A big surprise for fans who were thrilled to see the pair making music together again.
Only time will tell.
YES. HOV & YE back building again. They both rich enough to quit rapping, but the passion they share of making the fans happy got them back working #Donda #Respectfully https://t.co/sKuvRpFwr7
