Chrissy Teigen is refuting claims that she deletes hateful Instagram comments.
“Two things that I think are funny right now,” she said on her Instagram Story on Tuesday. “One: People in my comments that are mad that there are not enough angry comments in my comments. They think that I like to delete them. But like, what?”
After being accused of bullying for months, the model said: “That’s like a next-level hater when you’re mad that there’s not enough hate. It’s pretty… you’re just crazy.” She also stated how she is ridiculed every time she publishes anything on Instagram, regardless of the content.
“If I leave a comment underneath somebody’s photo, even if it’s nice—’You look great,’ ‘I love this outfit’—people get all sorts of mad. Because…I am alive,” she said.
According to Teigen, she could be a member of the “cancel club forever.”
“I have decided I’m not getting involved in anyone’s s–t ever again,” she said in July. “All I can do is live my life and take care of my kids and family. Everyone else can make their choice.”
After Courtney Stodden came forward with bullying allegations against Teigen in May, the public slammed her.
Teigen’s career has continued to fall apart despite her showing remorse after the allegations were made public. Amid the bullying scandal, she walked away from her Netflix show, “Never Have I Ever,” and a Bloomingdale’s cookware contract.
