In #PowerCouple news, Jay-Z and Beyoncé have been named the newest ambassadors for Tiffany & Co.
The partnership was announced in Harper’s Bazaar’s September Icon issue, which featured Bey wearing Tiffany’s jewelry and broaches.
Though they have not said much publicly about the deal, the jeweler posted Beyoncé’s Bazaar spread on Tuesday. It revealed that the diamond worn by the “Lemonade” singer on the cover was 21 carats, which could be priced as high as $2 million.
Welcoming the superstar couple to the Tiffany & Co. family is a part of the company’s rebrand since being acquired by LVMH. According to Forbes, Tiffany’s has plans to place an 80-carat-plus diamond into a necklace to create the world’s most expensive piece of jewelry. In addition, they are also introducing a men’s engagement ring to attract a more diverse customer.
It will be interesting to see if either Bey or Jay will be sporting these exclusive pieces when the company releases the official campaign images.
