Love & Hip Hop reality star Mo Fayne has officially been sentenced in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Fraud case.

The reality star was facing serious time behind bars after pleading guilty to 6 counts of federal bank fraud.

According to TMZ, the feds dropped 14 charges in exchange for his plea. He agreed to a recommended 151-month prison sentence, but it looks like the judge wasn’t playing with the reality star because five more years were added to the reality star’s prison sentence, bringing him to 17.5 years. Fayne was facing up to 30 years in prison.

The Department of Justice states that Fayne submitted a $3.7 million PPP application claiming that his trucking business had 107 employees and a monthly payroll of $1,490,200. Instead, the reality star used the funds for $40k in past-due child support, $85k for jewelry, $136k for a Rolls-Royce, and $907k to start a new business in Arkansas.

Mo Fayne will be on a five-year supervised when released around 2038 -2039ish. He will also be responsible for paying a  restitution bill of $4,465,865.55.
