Atlanta rapper Gunna is giving back to his old high school.
Gunna, born Sergio Kitchens, is reaching out to his high school Ronald McNair High School, and donating essential items like clothes and food. “This is things I said I was going to do when I got in a position to do it,” Gunna said.
The program he is offering is called Gunna’s Drip Closet, and it was put together for students who are in need of clothing, shoes, food, and toiletries. Gunna’s program also offers vegan and vegetarian options for food, WSBTV reports.
“It just makes me feel like a better person. It just makes me feel like I’m doing what needs to be done for my community,” Gunna said.
Gunna says his biggest message to the kids is staying in school, being motivated, and keeping the Lord first.
