A Florida great-grandmother and her grandson found themselves in an after-school fight between another student and his parents. The two students had apparently been feuding.
The 15-year-old grandson told cops he saw a white Nissan with tinted windows sitting in a parking spot, and, as soon as he walked by the vehicle, the 12-year-old student jumped out of the car and tackled him to the ground.
“These three individuals jumped out of a car, and basically, the kid starts fighting with my son,” the victim’s mother said. “The dad gets involved, punches my son, hits him, and that’s when my grandmother is trying to separate it.”

The 12-year-old’s parents, Michael and Natalie Laboy told police that it was the 15-year-old who has been bullying their son. Natalie told police that her son was allegedly punched in the mouth and threatened on Sept. 17. However, the victim claims the Laboys’ son threatened to “rape his sister.”
During the altercation, Natalie claimed the great grandmother was “pulling her son’s hair.” She said that she was “trying to pull the woman away from her son,” and when she did, both women fell on the ground.
The 12-year-old and his parents are now facing aggravated battery charges.
