Two Atlanta middle school students have been disciplined after a video surfaced of the two having sex on school grounds emerged.
According to school officials, the students attend Howard Middle School in Old Fourth Ward, WSB reports. The students reportedly performed a sex act in the bathroom while school was in session.
Officials said the students were disciplined in accordance with the district’s code of conduct.
School officials are warning any students who share the video will face “harsh disciplinary action as well.” Sharing the footage would basically be sharing child pornography. There is no evidence the video has been shared.
“APS will continue to provide safe and secure learning and working environments for its students and staff,” the school said in a statement to the outlet.
Howard Middle School reopened in 2020 after being closed for decades.
