It is a cruel world. A 23-year-old Irving, Texas man has been charged and arrested for the death of a two-year-old boy who wiped feces on him.
On Wednesday, authorities arrested Arturo Santiago Pena-Almanza, Jr. for abandoning or endangering Jeremiah Degrate Rios, 2.
Apparently, the man is accused of hitting the child with his fists after wiping feces from his diaper on him, DFW CBS Local News reported.
Santiago Pena-Almanza eventually admitted to killing the child, and his charge was upgraded to capital murder.
He remains in the Dallas County Jail.
