Police were called to Pryor’s Pennsylvania home around 1 a.m. after an argument between him and his girlfriend, Shalaya Briston. The fight ensued after the two were out drinking. Briston went to another bar while Pryor went home. The former quarterback got upset that he couldn’t get in touch with Briston.
When she returned to the home, Briston did not go inside “out of fear.” Pryor came outside and allegedly slapped Briston, threw a deck chair at her, threw pumpkins at her Mercedes’ windshield.
Pryor was seen leaving a Westmoreland County court on Wednesday. When asked by a reporter about the accusations, he said, “Nothing like that happened.”

He is due in court on October 19 for a preliminary hearing.
This is not the first time the pair have been involved in a domestic incident. In November of 2019, Briston was arrested for stabbing Pryor after a night of partying.
