After calling his Wyoming ranch home for just two years, Kanye West has put the sprawling property back on the market.
The property, located outside of Cody, is listed for $11 million. The price isn’t bad, considering it was listed for $14 million when Yeezy repurchased it in 2019. It’s unclear if Ye pulled the total asking price.
The ranch sits on 4,500 acres and has two freshwater lakes, a restaurant, eight lodging units, an event center, meeting facilities, and horse barns.
It’s not the only Wyoming property that the Chicago rapper owns. Shortly after scooping up the ranch, Kanye plunked down another $14 million for Bighorn Mountain Ranch.
There is some speculation that Kanye is looking to offload the ranch as signs continue to point toward reconciliation between him and his wife, Kim Kardashian. The two were spotted spending time together in New York City recently.
