After admitting to being out of shape, Will Smith shared a montage of his post-quarantine fitness journey on Sunday.
The 53-year-old actor posted a montage of his workouts to TikTok. In the video, he is seen lifting weights, doing sit-ups, pull-ups, and running on a track.
“And to think Sundays used to be for muffins,” Smith captioned the video alongside a laughing-crying emoji. He added the hashtag #bestshapeofmylife.
Smith revealed back in May that quarantine had wreaked havoc on his body. He opened up about snacking his way through the pandemic and being in “the worst shape of his life.”
He posted a video in just his boxer briefs, showing off his newly acquired “dad bod.” He vowed to get in shape in the caption of the post.
Five months later, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star stayed true to his word and is looking pretty buff nowadays.
