“The Game” reboot is arriving soon, and the first trailer has just been released.
Finding its home on Paramount+ this time around, the groundbreaking football drama-comedy is returning with several of the series most memorable original characters. Wendy Raquel Robinson returns to her role as hard-hitting sports agent Tasha Mack, with Hosea Chanchez joining her as son Malik Wright. The reboot will also welcome several newcomers to the cast, including Adriyan Rae as Brittany Pitts and Vaughn Hebron portraying the role of the undrafted free agent, Jamison Fields.
Star of the show and OG cast member Pooch Hall is making his comeback as Derwin Davis, the two-timing pro-footballer whose career seems to be on its last leg in the highly anticipated season. This time around, we’ll also get to see Malik deceived into thinking he owns a football team, when in reality, they only want him as a player, while the newbies are left to get in wherever they fit in with Tasha Mack and the pro-athlete world.
Taking place in Las Vegas, this rendition of “The Game” has been declared a “new original series,” looking to set itself apart from the original CW show and BET reboot.
Fans can enjoy all the drama when “The Game” arrives on November 11th in a two-episode premiere exclusively on Paramount+.
