Uhh, this might backfire! Tami Roman recently shared that her husband has the green light to have a baby with another woman.
The reality star joined the cast of The Real when she discussed having kids with her husband, Reggie Youngblood. When Garcelle Beauvais asked Tami about their surrogacy journey, Roman shared why she chose to put it on hold. “It’s on pause… I feel like I’m at a point where my career is starting to do and reward me for all of my efforts in the time that I’ve been in the business, and a baby for me right now would just not be the thing to do,” Tami said.
However, Roman has not deprived Reggie of a chance to experience fatherhood. She has given her husband a pass to have a child with another woman. “So what I offered him was an opportunity for us to take a break for a year or two. Let him go find someone to have a child with and when he has his baby we can get back together.”
Tami went on to say that if Reggie chooses to take the offer, she would help raise the kid and set up a co-parenting agreement with the biological mother.
Many people may think that she is crazy for this proposition but Tami says Reggie is the only child and she wants him to have a legacy. “It’s really more about him being able to have his legacy here because he’s an only child and he does not have any children. So it’s really more for him than it is for me,” she adds.
Roman clears the air and says that she will not entertain “any other men.”
The clip concludes with Tami sharing that Reggie declined her offer. “God put me here and if I’m not supposed to have children then that’s what it is,” her said, per Tami.
