Soulja Boy has been scrapped from the Millennium Tour 2021 following his recent comments surrounding Young Dolph.

On Thursday, concert organizers stated that the “Crank That” rapper would be pulled from the weekend stops in St. Louis, Missouri, and Memphis, Tennessee, where Dolph was tragically gunned down on Wednesday.

“The safety and welfare of our patrons are the first and foremost priority,” said a representative with G-Squared Events.

The announcement comes after Soulja released a record titled “Stretch Some” on the day Dolph was killed. Many fans and celebs believed that he was responding to the murder by insinuating he may have played a role in it. However, during a war of words with rapper Trouble, Soulja maintained that the song had been unofficially circulating for a while and had nothing to do with Dolph’s death.

Shortly before his death, Dolph and the viral rapper exchanged words when Soulja accused the Paper Route Empire founder of “capping” about being paid $100,000 per show. This resulted in the men going back and forth in their Instagram DM’s. Soulja then addressed their feud on the Breakfast Club a week before his death, telling Dolph to take shots at the people who had previously tried to kill him instead of arguing with him.

The timing of Dolph’s murder coincides with their beef, which has concert venues on high alert, not wanting to take any chances of retaliation with Soulja performing.

It remains unclear if G-Squared Events will be removing him from other dates on the tour. Soulja Boy has not yet responded publicly to this news.
