Travis Scott has asked a judge to dismiss one of the many lawsuits filed against him and several of his companies following the Astroworld Festival tragedy.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Scott filed legal docs denying the claims made against him by plaintiff Jessie Garcia, who says he was in the crowd at the festival. The rapper issued a “general denial,” which basically denies that he’s responsible for the deaths and injuries.

Sources told TMZ Scott plans to issue a similar response for every civil suit against him. He is currently facing nearly 300 civil lawsuits related to the Nov. 5 crowd surge at the Astroworld Festival that left ten people dead and more than 300 injured.
