Actress Janet Hubert is home recovering after alarming fans with the news that she was hospitalized over the weekend.
The “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” star wrote in a now-deleted post that she received medical care for an unknown ailment days ago. While she didn’t detail her condition, she encouraged fans not to hold onto grudges.
“Life is too short as I am in the hospital,” she stated before adding that “holding onto anger will eat you alive.” Hubert didn’t name any names, but fans quickly speculated that she was referring to her animosity towards “Fresh Prince” star Will Smith, whom she publicly blamed for her exit from the sitcom. Smith, she claims, prevented her from finding work by fostering the perception that she was difficult to work with. The two seemingly resolved their issues after he apologized to her during the 30th-anniversary reunion special of the 90’s hit series.
On Tuesday, Hubert took to IG once again to update fans. She stated that she was now recovering at home but maintained that she would not speak about what led to her health scare.
“I am home, and my health is my business, kay,” she wrote.
