Puerto Rican music producer, Flow La Movie, was among nine people who died Wednesday in a plane crash in the Dominican Republic. The 36-year-old-year-old was known for producing hits for Bad Bunny, Ozuna, J Balvin, and others.
According to reports, Flow La Movie, whose real name is Jose Angel Hernandez, 38, was flying from El Higüero airport with his partner Debbie Von Marie Jiménez Garcia and their son Jayden who also perished in the crash. Flight records show that the Florida-bound private jet went down after attempting to make an emergency landing at the nearby Las Americas International Airport.
ABC News reported that the other passengers who were killed in the crash included two teens, Kellyan Hernández Pena, 21, and crew members Luis Alberto Eljuri and Victor Emilio Herrera. Another crew member was listed as Veronica Estrella, 26.
Helidosa Aviation said in a statement, “For Helidosa, this accident causes us great pain and sorrow. We stand in solidarity with the affected families that, along with us, are going through a difficult time.”
