Well, this isn’t something you hear every day. Memphis police are looking for a suspect who attempted to rob a food market on Sunday.
But what’s strange about the whole thing is the suspect, who was wearing a yellow ski mask and a matching yellow sweatsuit, started to dance after his robbery attempt failed.
Authorities say the man broke into the CF Food Market in Memphis, WHBQ-TV reported. Apparently, he entered the store with a handgun and tried to enter the clerk’s area through the security window.
“After being unsuccessful, the suspect became irate, took off his mask, and began dancing outside the store before fleeing on foot,” Memphis Police wrote on Facebook.
The man was wearing yellow shoes and made an obscene gesture before ending his little dance.
Police are still searching for the man and are offering a reward through Crime Stopper at 901-528-CASH.
