Barefoot Wines and Oreo teamed up for an exclusive red wine that has already sold out online.
The wine company announced the unique chocolate wine blend earlier this month. The collaboration was geared towards Oreo Thin lovers who also enjoy Barefoot products. The red wine debuted exclusively on BarefootWine.com/OreoThins on December 9th and quickly sold out. Each bottle sold for $24.99.
The red blend contained a unique combination of chocolate, creme, cookies, natural blackberry, and cherries. Customers were also greeted with the smell of Oreo’s radiating from each bottle.
To enhance the Oreo and wine experience, Barefoot sent out complimentary packs of the beloved cookie with each purchase of wine so that buyers could enjoy the famous treat with their favorite classy beverage.
Customers still in the mood for wine that pairs well with chocolate should consider Barefoot Pinot Noir, a medium-dry red wine with hints of red cherry, raspberry jam, dark cherry, molasses, and vanilla. Grab yourself a pack of Oreo Thins from your local grocer to give yourself a similar effect.
