Birdman’s landlord wants him out immediately after accusing the music mogul of not paying his rent for 5 months.

In court documents obtained by Radar Online, the company Cycad Management issued  Bryan Williams aka Birdman for breach of contract.

According to the lawsuit, Birdman agreed to rent the property for $33k a month.

The home in question is a 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom, 7,509 sq. ft. mansion on Bel Air Road. The property listing reads, “Floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of light into a very spacious living area. This home has hosted many A-listers and celebrities who have all had raving reviews.”

A verbal agreement was reached between the two, however, Birdman refused to sign the paperwork. Cycad is now claiming that Birdman stopped paying his rent five months ago.

“At present, Defendants are very delinquent — nearly 5 months delinquent in rent — and also owe Plaintiff other monies for cleaning services rendered at the Rental Property at Defendant’s request,” the suit reads.

At the time, the company allegedly wanted full payment but Birdman ignored their letters, according to the lawsuit. Cycad alleges Birdman owes them $141k in overdue rent through December 31, 2021. He also owes $6,624 for a cleaning bill that has yet to be paid and owes the company $147,624 in total.
They contend, however, that the reasonable daily rental value is $1,100 per day and that Birdman must vacate the premises immediately.
“Beginning January 1, 2022, Plaintiff will continue to suffer daily damages each day that Defendant remains in possession of the Rental Property.”
The corporation is asking that Birdman not stay through December 31 and pay the $147k plus interest.
