Five anti-vaxxers were arrested after storming a New York City Burger King in protest of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
On Tuesday, several demonstrators stormed a Brooklyn Burger King. They were captured on video yelling at the restaurant’s employees who refused to serve them after they failed to show proof of vaccination, as required in New York City. Protesters then began shouting “lead us out” when police entered the building. Among the anti-vaxxers was Mitchell Bosch, who also participated in the January 6th Capitol riot.
In one video, Bosch gets on his knees and surrenders to the police as they ask the crowd to leave. He is seen being arrested in that same video as someone in the group shouts, “shame on you.” In a separate clip, Bosch gloats about getting arrested, all in the name of being a “freedom fighter.” During that clip, he puts the camera down at one point and is heard clashing with police officers who are trying to calm him down as he calls the COVID-19 mandates “bullsh–.”

The angry mob was upset over the current proof of vaccine mandate in NYC and the one taking effect this week that requires all employees at businesses to be vaccinated.
During the Burger King clash, Bosch, Michael Mitchell, Augusto Alarcon, Ethan Boisvert, and Bradford Solomon were arrested and charged with trespassing.
