A poem handwritten by Tupac Shakur in 1995 titled “All Eye Was Lookin 4” is going up for sale.
According to TMZ, the handwritten love poem dated August 26, 1995, was addressed to a “former flame” by the name of Simi.
In the poem’s opening lines, the iconic rapper references Romeo and Juliet and the biblical characters Samson and Delilah.
The document was previously housed in a private collection, according to the auction website. The poem is billed as “the genesis for” what would become the title track to his 1996 album “All Eyez on Me”.
Currently, the “All Eye Was Lookin 4” poem is listed at $95,000.
