Jim Jones Admits to Blowing $20 Million From “We Fly High” Success: “A Few Years of Not Being Responsible” [Video]

Jim Jones is now an official lifesaver. The rapper and entrepreneur can add that to the list of his many skilled talents after saving his dear friend’s life that happens to be a photographer.

Jones and his team were in Florida this past weekend for an event for Capo Coin, which is his newest cryptocurrency. During the event, his photographer, Jerry Flete, aka Flee Flicks collapsed. Jim stepped in and rescued him on site.

Flete described the event to Inside Edition. He claims he is here today because of Jim.

He says, “We was just literally just hanging out on a break from work. Just hanging out.”

Jim was in the middle of a phone call when his partner, Doug, screamed loudly and Jim turned around to see what was going on.

Flete adds, “It just happened so fast. Basically, I woke up, Jim giving me chest compression and telling me, ‘Wake up. Wake up.’ He basically saved my life. I’m here today because of Jim.”

Jim says, “I just saw Flee sitting, just going through something that didn’t seem good like he was choking.” He thought he was having a seizure. Jim admits he learned CPR at 12 years old. He was able to tap into that young knowledge and use it for a good friend.

“When I was younger, I had to take these classes for CPR and all that type of things for my little sister who has a heart condition…,” Jim says. His whole family wanted everyone to know how to perform CPR before his sister was born.

Though the situation was confusing and frantic for him, he says he remembered how to give CPR vividly. The incident has made the rapper prioritize health. He recommends that anyone like Jerry who doesn’t enjoy working out just get out and move.

The OG Love and Hip Hop star says, “Movement is medicine. The easiest exercise you can do is make sure that you walking and you running a little bit.”
