More details have emerged regarding the second suspect indicted in the death of Memphis rapper Young Dolph.

Following the announcement of the capture of the first identified suspect wanted for Young Dolph’s murder, authorities said another Memphis man had been arrested in connection to the crime.

32-year-old Cornelius Smith was indicted on charges of first-degree murder, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, employment of a firearm in the commission of a dangerous felony, and theft of property over $10,000. Smith was also charged with attempted murder involving Young Dolph’s brother, who was with him at the time of the shooting.

He is currently being held without bond.

The Shelby County District Attorney General revealed Smith was arrested back on December 9 in Southaven, Mississippi, on an auto-theft warrant involving the white Mercedes Benz vehicle used as the getaway car in Dolph’s murder on November 17. Authorities revealed the car was stolen on November 10 at a gas station and then found abandoned on November 20 behind a home in the 1100 block of Bradley in Orange Mound.

As previously reported, 23-year-old Justin Johnson was captured in Indiana Tuesday by US Marshals for his alleged involvement in Dolph’s murder.
