Trey Songz is denying rape allegations made by basketball player Dylan Gonzalez.
Dylan took to her Instagram this week to reveal the incident that happened at a well–known Las Vegas hotel and she is currently weighing her legal options.
A legal rep for the R&B singer told TMZ, “Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks.”
Attorneys Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, who represent Dylan, tell TMZ that they will evaluate all legal options and will act in the coming weeks, with plans to file a civil lawsuit. They make no mention of filing a police report or criminal charges.
In addition to this, Trey is currently under investigation for a separate alleged sexual assault in Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan.
