Kanye West and Big Sean appear to be back on good terms following Ye’s viral rant about the Detroit-born artist on “Drink Champs,” where he said that the worst thing he’s ever done was a sign Sean to G.O.O.D. Music.
During his own Drink Champs episode, Sean responded to Ye’s remarks, claiming that Kanye owes him a lot of money from their deal together.
After being spotted in Los Angeles with French Montana leaving a studio on Monday night, Ye and Sean seem to have put their differences aside.
With talk of Ye’s upcoming album, Donda 2, many fans believe that French and Sean may be featured on the album in some capacity.
Ye was also seen in the studio with Pusha T, Fivio Foreign, and The Game the same night. It’s unclear what they were doing, but the theory is they may also be on Ye’s next studio album.
On “Drink Champs,” Sean called out Ye for his “bitch ass” comments. “That was some bullshit what he said,” Sean said while also acknowledging Ye’s role in his career. “I love Kanye, bro. I love him for the opportunity he gave me and all these things, but I thought what he said was some bitch ass shit.”
Sean, who left G.O.O.D Music and launched his own label last year, also claimed that Ye still owes him around $6 million from what he describes as an “unfair” record deal.
