Snoop Dogg is being accused of sexually assaulting a woman claiming he forced her to perform on him oral sex in 2013.
A rep for Snoop says that the woman is only looking for a payout after she learned of the rapper performing at the Super Bowl halftime show.
The woman, who has not to been identified, claimed that on May 29, 2013, she attended one of Snoop’s shows in Anaheim, California.
After the concert, the woman claims she was attacked after being offered a ride home by Bishop Don “Magic“ Juan, one of Snoop’s long-term associates, ending up at his residence against her will.
The woman claims that Bishop assaulted her at his residence when he “removed his penis from his pants” and “repeatedly shoved his penis into (her) mouth.”
Afterward, the unidentified woman said that Bishop told her Snoop might make her “his weather girl” if she accompanied him to the studio where he was shooting a TV show.
When they arrived at the studio, the woman claimed she had gone to the bathroom because of a stomachache. While on the toilet, Snoop allegedly walked in and forced her to have oral sex.
The lawsuit says that “After a few minutes, defendant Snoop Dogg withdrew his penis from plaintiff’s mouth, visibly unsatisfied with plaintiff’s reluctance and disgust of being forced to engage in oral sex,” the complaint alleges. The rapper then allegedly “proceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on plaintiff’s upper chest and lower neck.” He then purportedly said, “I’ll get you something to clean up with,” and left the accuser “humiliated, terrified and panicked” in the bathroom without returning.”
Shortly after, the woman claims Bishop told her to “Come here! Take a picture with Snoop!”
The woman said she was scared and that afterward, Snoop wouldn’t hire her because she “refused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex.”
According to TMZ, after she was given the right to sue in December 2021.
The “mediation was unsuccessful,” and “immediately after the mediation ended,” Snoop posted an image on Instagram with the words “Gold digger” and emojis of a judge and a cop.
Sources close to the rapper say that the unidentified woman allegedly demanded $10 million, but the demand was rejected.
